MyExecutorDesk is operated by DL工作室. For account, session, privacy, or data-handling questions, contact support@myexecutordesk.com. no-reply@myexecutordesk.com is used only for system mail.

Sign-in and account data

Sign-in uses Neon Auth email one-time passwords and session cookies. Resend delivers the authentication email. The application uses an internal user mapping in Neon Postgres to associate an authenticated session with its estate records; the application mapping does not copy the sign-in email address.

Records you choose to save

Where private workspace access is enabled, signed-in users may save private estate organization records, including checklist progress, tasks, assets, debts, expenses, contact names, optional contact email addresses or phone numbers, notes, document index entries, planned distributions, and user-defined reminder records. The document area is an index only: no files are uploaded through it.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, taxpayer IDs, passport numbers, driver licence details, bank credentials, full bank-account numbers, or payment-card fields in records or notes.

Anonymous checklist state

Anonymous checklist checks may be stored temporarily in this browser's sessionStorage so the checklist can remember progress for the browser session. Authenticated estate records are stored server-side; browser storage is not the source of truth for those records.

Hosting and service providers

Vercel hosts the web application. Neon provides authentication and the application data service. Resend provides authentication email delivery. These descriptions identify the services used for the stated functions; this page does not add a separate retention period or security guarantee.

Exports, printing, and deletion

If you choose CSV export or print, the resulting summary is informational and produced for that user-triggered action. MyExecutorDesk does not automatically send it to another person. Deleting an estate cascades its associated active application records in the application database; that action does not promise immediate deletion from a provider backup.
