Terms of use
These terms describe the current informational and organizational scope of MyExecutorDesk.
Service scope
MyExecutorDesk provides organizational tools and general legal information for first-time and family executors. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not prepare a court filing or draft a legal document. The public state tools currently cover California, Florida, and New York.
Information is not a legal determination
Checklists, calculators, saved records, expense entries, planned distributions, and reminder records are for organization and information. They do not determine who inherits, whether a debt is valid, whether a distribution is permitted, or what a court will approve. Dates are user-defined organization dates, not legal deadlines, and the reminder record does not send automatic notifications.
Records and user-triggered summaries
You choose what to enter into an estate workspace. A document entry is an index only and is not a file upload. CSV export and print are user-triggered informational summaries; MyExecutorDesk does not automatically share them with another person.
Availability and payments
Workspace purchases are currently unavailable, and no payment is accepted here. The displayed future estate workspace price is $19.90 one time, not a subscription. If payment becomes available later, its payment terms will be presented separately for review before that availability.
Operator and support
MyExecutorDesk is operated by DL工作室. For account or session questions, contact support@myexecutordesk.com. no-reply@myexecutordesk.com is used only for system mail.
